Report Shipping & Product Damage

Online Orders: Any damage your purchase must be reported within 5 days of delivery via the form above. We will use the information provided to determine if a replacement or refund in the form of store credit is warranted.

In Store Orders: It is the customers' responsibility to check each item for damage before purchasing. All in store sales are final and damage is assumed to be 'known' by the customer at time of purchase.

Third Party Orders: If you purchased a Naturali Home product from a third party, please have them submit a damage request on your behalf within 5 days of purchase or delivery. As long as the initial report of shipping or product damage is made within 5 days, it will be reviewed.

All decisions are final. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid a denial due to insufficient evidence. Reporting does not guarantee replacement. Naturali Home may opt to provide a refund in the form of store credit. We are unable to refund your original payment method.
