If the plant you received from us is damaged or in poor condition/health, you must send an email to orders@naturalihome.com within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not, we may be unable to return or replace your plant.
Do not discard the box or plant unless instructed by our team as we may request that the plant be shipped back.
House Plant Shopis not able to accept any requests for returns or refunds/replacements as your order was placed with Naturali Home.
We reserve the right to decline a refund/replacement request for any reason.
