Thank You For Your Payment
Your payment has been submitted and will be processed or reviewed by our Account Management Team within 24 hours.
Please check the following for any additional steps:
On Time Payments: Thank you for your on time or early payment on your account! The submitted payment may take up to 48 hours to be applied to your account but will show a payment date for when you clicked the 'Submit Payment' button. As long as we are able to link the payment with the information you provided, you are all set.
If we can not link the payment (or you receive an email or call saying your account is past due), please email or use the chat feature to advise us of the payment amount and date and we will manually update your account.
Partial On Time Payment (Before Due Date): Thank you for paying a portion of your upcoming invoice before the due date! Your payment will be noted in our system within 24 hours. We will send an email with an updated invoice with your partial payment applied as a reminder of the due date.
Payment On Delinquent Accounts (Full or Partial): We appreciated the payment made on your delinquent account. You will receive an email from a member of our Account Management Team updating you on the status of your account.
Pre-Arranged Payment (Payment Plan): Thanks for adhering to the terms set by the Delinquent Account Payment Plan you setup with our Accounts Management Team. We will reach out to remind you of your next payment date/amount. To better manage your finances, we do offer auto-pay for past due accounts on payment plans (we will send you information upon request).
