Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a custom order, a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. Other items or services may not be available as ordered due to inventory or operational limitations (Out of Stock). This cancellation policy lays out how these purchases can be modified or cancelled as well as how any refunds or added fees may be processed. 

Naturali Home LLC may (at our sole discretion) make changes or exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis to better serve our customers and business interests. 

***Orders paid for with ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ payment methods are not able to have any items back ordered or pre-ordered. This is a policy of Naturali Home and ensures that our customers aren’t paying for something that hasn’t been fulfilled yet.***

Back Ordered, Out of Stock & Unavailable Items or Services (OOS)

We will send a notification via email or text message (if phone number is on file) to let you know of any changes, delays or modifications to your order due to Back Ordered or OOS Items or Services. 

Orders containing items that are out of stock (OOS)will be processed as follows:

  • If the OOS item(s) are expected to be available within 7 calendar days, our team will hold fulfillment of your order until they arrive. This will allow us to ship the entire order at the same time, reducing shipping costs and creating simplicity in regards to receiving your order. 


  • If the OOS item(s) will be available in more than 7 calendar days, we will fulfill/ship the remaining (in-stock) item(s) on the order to avoid delay in receiving your order. We will contact you to provide an update on the OOS item(s) and confirm whether you would still want the back ordered item(s) when they are available or if you would prefer to cancel them and receive a refund for the cancelled item(s). You will NOT be charged or responsible for any additional shipping or fulfillment costs caused by our team’s decision to ship a partial order due to OOS item(s) or Services. 


  • If we do not expect to receive the OOS item(s) within 30 days of purchase, the impacted item(s) will be cancelled from the order and the remaining items in your order will be shipped accordingly. We will contact you via email to confirm details to refund your original payment method for the cancelled items. Alternatively, you may request a substitution in lieu of a refund if another item of the same type and price is available and in stock.


  • Specialty Orders and Not Regularly Carried/ Stocked Items (Wholesale & Custom Orders and Items Shipped/ Fulfilled by a 3rd Party) are typically shipped/fulfilled as a complete order. In most cases, OOS items will be cancelled or the ordered quantities modified to reflect available stock. You will receive a refund/ not be charged for any item(s) that are cancelled or removed from your order.

 

Additionally, 3rd Party suppliers have their own process for OOS or back ordered item(s). They occasionally make changes to their processes that inadvertently impact our fulfillment of their products. This policy is subject to change. We will continue to update this policy as needed to keep our customers informed. Our team will always make every possible effort to ensure top notch customer care and provide clear communication on any changes or updates to your order. 

 

Subscriptions 

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders 

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Try before you buy 

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
