Shipping policy


Promotional Shipping Offers

Select products are eligible for free and/or reduced shipping. Should your order qualify for free shipping, you will not see any shipping costs displayed on the checkout screen. 

Orders over $75 typically ship for free if they include items from the following product types:

  • Liquid or Bar Soap 
  • Home Fragrance Warmers
  • Soy Candles or Soy Wax Melts
  • Non-Decor, Natural Living Products (Lotions, Incense, Accessories)
  • Teas or Snacks
  • Personal Care Products or Bath Accessories

Items fulfilled by one of our vendors will receive shipping rates (listed below) according to the vendor's shipping policy:

  • Air Plant Supply Shop
  • House Plant Shop

Orders that are unable to receive free or reduced shipping include items from the following product types:

  • Wholesale Products (Any Type)
  • DIY Supply Shop Products
  • Home Decor Items

We are unable to predict shipping costs for orders with items from a mix of the above categories. Shipping rates for these orders will be calculated automatically.

Order characteristics such as size, weight and distance will determine the method for delivering your order.  Orders will ship via courier, parcel services or motor freight as selected by Customer at the time the order is placed.  Shipping fees are calculated per order and displayed to Customer prior to order completion and collection of payment. All shipping fees are charged at the time the order is placed and are considered final.
 
Once your order has been fulfilled we are not able to refund shipping costs or fees under any circumstance, even if the entire order is canceled or returned/refunded.
 
If a shipping rate is quoted incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse, adjust or cancel the applicable order whether or not the order has been confirmed or whether or not payment has been remitted. We shall make every reasonable effort to meet your specified delivery date, but in no case shall we be liable to you if we are unable to meet such a date.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information.  Additional shipping charges may apply if we or the shipper is unable to contact you, or if you are not available to receive the shipped products, or if products are redirected at your request. In the event the delivery location is not entered correctly, we or the motor freight carrier will bill you directly for any additional shipping, handling or other fees.

Naturali Home will not be held liable for shipments directed to an address other than the shipping address on the original order.
 
Once a shipment has left our facility, Naturali Home is not liable for any damage whatsoever. Any damage must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery to orders@shopnaturali.com. At our sole discretion, Naturali Home may refund the value of the damaged items in the form of store credit. As a reminder: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders can be picked up Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10a-5p as well as 10a-2p on Saturdays. An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you would like to pickup after or before business hours, please schedule at least 24 hours in advance by emailing orders@shopnaturali.com or calling (860) 536-1771.





Automatically Calculated Rates, Overcharges & Undercharges
In general, shipping costs  displayed during checkout are automatically calculated by our shipping partners (UPS or USPS) and not determined by our staff.
 
In the event that you are overcharged for shipping, at our discretion, Naturali Home may upgrade your shipping service or provide samples to compensate for the overcharge.
 
If you are undercharged by our system, at our discretion, we may send an invoice to recover any charges incurred by Naturali Home to fulfill your order.
