Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products carried in our retail gift shop and on our website, most items purchased from Naturali Home are not able to be returned. Our staff, at our sole discretion, will review each and every return request and determine whether to allow or deny the request. Please read the following for guidance on how to submit a return request:
Refunds on In-Store or Pickup Orders
You have 15 days from the date of your in-store purchase (or the actual pickup date for orders placed online) to report damage or request a return for qualifying items*. You must email us at orders@naturalihome.com within this timeframe, so we can review your request.
*Qualifying Items are unopened and unused products that fall into the following categories: Wax Melts, Soy Candles, Liquid Soap, Select Bath & Body Products. Each item will be inspected by our team who will, at their sole discretion, determine if the product qualifies for a return. Home Decor, Plants, Soap, Products on Consignment and others (determined on a case by case basis, are not considered qualifying and will not be considered for a return, refund or exchange.
Refunds on Online Orders
Refunds on Live Plants*
We are only able to refund or exchange Live Plants that show signs of shipping damage, disease or if an incorrect plant was sent. You must reach out to Naturali Home (not the vendor that shipped the plant) within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. You must include pictures as well as the order number. In general, it is advised to keep the plant in your possession (but quarantined from other plants) as we may require you ship the plant to us***. In most cases, our vendor will opt to replace the plant if possible. If it is not possible to replace the plant, we may (at our sole discretion), refund your original payment method or issue a store credit gift card for Naturali Home.
***In the event that you are asked/required to ship the plant to us, we will cover any shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain returns will need to be sent to the following address: 787 Long Hill Road, Groton, CT 06340. Our team, at our sole discretion will decide whether or not an item will need to be shipped back to us.
IMPORTANT: If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), home accents on consignment by third party vendors, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Even exchanges can be done by emailing our team at orders@naturalihome.com or by stopping by our store at 787 Long Hill Road in Groton, CT 06340.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Naturali Home staff, at our sole discretion, may decide to issue any refund to a store credit gift card for use in-store at Naturali Home or on our website. There is no guarantee that your refund can or will be processed back to the original payment method.
