Naturali Home Website Updates (Changelog)

As many of our valued customers know, Naturali Home has been working since late 2021 to rebrand and add our products to a larger variety of sales channels. A large amount of our focus has been through social media and changes to our website. To keep our customers and brand partners updated while avoiding sending out too many emails, we've decided to begin a changelog. Please note that changes are listed in reverse chronological order:


March 2023- 1) We've combined our email newsletter and customer loyalty system into one easy to use program called Naturali Home Perks. This change marks the end of the standard 10% discount and opens up a purchase driven discount and reward system. Learn more at 2) Our logo and brand mark has changed from the standard 'NH' to a sketch of a House Plant and Candle over the words 'Naturali Home'. We love this new logo as it shows our customers (New & Returning) that Naturali Home is more than just a name. 3) We are starting work on a new Bulk Discount program that allows 'Mix & Match' discounts and is more straight forward. We hope to have the new Bulk Program up and running by the end of the month.


February 2023- Acquisition of the domain; Emails changed over to new domain, old email addresses will forward; any of the following domains will forward to our new website:,,,, Development of a new referral program begins (More Info to Come); Ability to create a Naturali Home Account with Facebook or Google (More Social Login Choices Coming Soon).

We also made a minor change to our logo. The plus branding (N+H, Naturali + Home) has been officially removed from our website, social media and physical storefront. To some, this may seem like an insignificant change. To our team, the removal of the plus branding signifies our continued mission to modernize and rebrand the company.


January 2023- New 'Look & Feel' Redesign goes live, Wholesale Ordering on our website is fully enabled (with account); Transformed Help Centers into single page resources for Retail/Online, Wholesale, Live Plants; Tropical House Plants now available for purchase online (Pickup Only for now); Shipping rates updated to lower overall prices for our customers; New Product Pages which include product care guides and scent notes for appropriate products.


December 2022- Decision to redesign website due to bugs and other 'experience detractors'.


November 2022- In preparation for the Holiday Season, we reduced our fulfillment lead times and set more products to be eligible for In-Store Pickup than ever before.


October 2022- Launch of a new help center (more questions can be solved using our help articles, reducing customer service hold times).


August 2022- Beta testing of the new Wholesale Ordering System started.


July 2022- Began the process of moving to new E-Commerce Platform & Customer Management System; Creation of the Naturali Home Bulk Pricing Program; Introduction of 'The Air Plant Shoppe at Naturali Home; Unlocking new payment methods for Retail & Online Sales.
