Naturali Home Wholesale is a division of our company that focuses on developing relationships with other organizations (for and not-for profit) who wish to resell our products or purchase at bulk rates for gifting purposes. To open a Naturali Home Wholesale Account, follow these simple steps:

2) Request Wholesale Access by clicking the link on your Account Dashboard (You may also reply to the auto-confirmation email with "Please allow Wholesale Access).
Once we receive your request, our team will upgrade your account in our system to have access to our full selection of Wholesale Products.
We are determined to maintain high quality relationships with our Wholesale Customers. To better assist you, a member of our team will be assigned as your Account Manager (AM). Your AM is the primary point of contact at Naturali Home and will be able to provide timely support tailored to your specific account.
Naturali Home LLC requires that all Wholesale Customers submit documents so that we are able to verify the legitimacy of your business. Your Account Manager will reach out to you to request the necessary documents within 24 hours of your Wholesale Access Request.
In addition to our own website, Naturali Home Wholesale allows our customers the ability to order our products on various External Marketplaces such as Faire.com.
When ordering through external marketplaces, it is important to keep in mind that pricing, customization options and product listings may differ from information on our website.

By law, we are required to collect Sales Tax on most purchases. Please click the 'Request or Renew a Tax Exemption' link within your Naturali Home Account if you believe you have a qualifying exemption.

All Naturali Home Wholesale Purchases are 'Made to Order'. Once you place an order, your Account Manager or a member of our Wholesale Team will reach out to provide an estimated fulfillment timeline. Fulfillment timelines are not set in stone and any updates will be communicated to you.
- Most Orders are fulfilled (shipped or marked 'ready for pickup') within 10 working days (Tuesday-Friday)
- While 'In-Store Pickup' is always free, orders that have to be shipped will be charged carrier rates
