Most items ship within 48 hours. In the event that an item within your order is on backstock, we may put your order on hold untill we are able to ship everything together. We will contact you if we expect the delay to be greater than 5 days.

Due to the nature of our products, this product is not able to be returned unless specifically approved by our team. To request a return or refund, please fill out our Returns & Exchange Request Form. If an item is damaged during shipping, please fill out our Damage Claim Form within 5 days of delivery and we will provide you with options for 'next steps'.
